Based on San Juan Metro area, Andres Gabriel's versatility extends into the disposition of a wide range of assets including Industrial warehouses, commercial retail opportunities, residential redevelopment, tax exempt development opportunities, assisting many corporate clients with site selection, Industrial and commercial leasing, acquisition and disposition. He developed an extraordinary understanding about ethics, professionalism and develop strategic plans to corporate investors and clients.

Andres Gabriel formal education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, involving a degree on Business Law.
